I have completed my Master of Science (Biology) from Indian Institute of Science as well. My primary research interests are in understanding foundational principles governing biological systems in health and disease. I employ a variety of tools including but not limited&nbsp;to mathematical models, multi-modal and multi-omic analysis of large scale datasets and computational analysis of clinical samples. Specifically I work on and am interested&nbsp;in deciphering a bottom up theory for coordination of cellular processes that occur during cancer metastasis. I have also explored&nbsp;other areas of biology such as plant biology, metabolic and pathogenic diseases in human as well as network biology from a computational standpoint.
