I am Dr Nikhil Nandhan S, currently a Research Assistant at the Computational Systems Biology Lab, IISc. After completing my M.B.B.S. at Ramaiah Medical College and Hospitals, I joined the lab in August 2023.
My current focus lies in exploring network motifs and their underlying design principles within the realm of cancer systems biology. Prior to joining the lab, my undergraduate projects included a prevalence study on nocturnal enuresis and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) amongst school children. Additionally, I contributed to the design and development of a Flexible IoT-driven sensing mechanism for assessing cardiac rhythms.
Outside work, you can find me shooting hoops on the basketball court or strumming away on the guitar.
