I am Sai Shyam a 4th Year Undergraduate student studying at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. I am interested in using the tools of Data Science for analysing biological data to understand the process of EMT. On the bioinformatics front, my research work involves understanding gene expression patterns in different cancertypes. I am also interested in modelling GRNs and understanding the dynamics of these networks. Outside lab I enjoy playing badminton or going for a walk in the woods.
