Hey! I am a final-year student of Biological Engineering at IIT Madras, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s thesis at the CSB lab. My research interests revolve around examining biological systems through a systems-level lens utilising computational models and techniques, with a focus on the metabolic front of these complex networks.
Currently, I am working on constructing and analysing context-tuned genome-scale models to discern the metabolic aspects of different cancer subtypes and treatment paradigms. Apart from research, I am passionate about art and design, and greatly enjoy doodling and illustration.
