I joined IISc as a doctoral student in Feb 2021 after finishing my master’s in biotechnology at IIT Hyderabad. My master’s thesis involved setting up various computational pipelines e.g., an RNA-Seq (Tuxedo suite) and microarray data analysis pipeline for metastatic prostate cancer. At IISc, I’m looking forward to blending computational and experimental approaches to answer some open questions related to cancer metastasis.
A passionate non-fiction reader, I love history, economics, politics and psychology (Sounds boring, eh? Wait till you meet me!). I also enjoy occasional travel. So HMU if the idea of discussing new (and old) ideas while trekking to a historical place sounds exciting.
