Hi! I’m Shivani Aggarwal, an incoming Ph.D. student in the IMI department, where I will be working on the physics of cancer under the supervision of Dr. Mohit Kumar Jolly and Dr. Ramray Bhat. I completed my B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics from the University of Delhi and went on to pursue my Master’s in Physics at the Central University of Rajasthan. I also interned at the Amity Institute of Integrative Sciences and Health, Amity Haryana.
My earlier work in dynamical systems and neural networks strengthened my interest in using mathematical and computational tools to study complex systems. With a strong foundation in coding, simulation, and nonlinear dynamics, I’m now excited to apply these skills to cancer research. Outside of research, I enjoy listening to music across various genres.
