I am a final year student at IISER Berhampur pursuing BS-MS degree with a major in biology-presently working on my thesis project in the lab. I am interested in understanding gene expression-based patterns in biological systems through computational methods. I am currently involved in looking at connections between EMT scores and entropy, especially in scRNA-seq data and understanding other aspects of transcriptomics. Apart from academics, I love to explore new places and dance occasionally.
