I have completed my B.Tech. in Biotechnology from Birla Institute of Technology. My research interests lie in deciphering the molecular mechanisms of cancer and applying bioengineering strategies to address therapy resistance. I am particularly drawn to integrating molecular insights with engineering approaches to advance the development of effective cancer therapeutics. Outside academics, I pursue music, dance, and swimming, which help me stay balanced and focused.

I completed my Btech in Biotechnology from Amity University Kolkata. I have an active interest in pursuing more indepth knowledge about drug delivery, immunoengineering and vaccinology. I am sure IISc will be the best platform to help me explore and unlock new areas of interest

Hi! I am Krupashankar, pursuing my M Tech in Bioengineering at IISc. I have graduated from SASTRA Deemed University with a B Tech in Biotechnology (Hons). I am interested in cancer therapeutics and how I can translate my knowledge into the development of new therapeutics, especially those which tap into the immune system. I am also curious to explore the field of entrepreneurship, and in bridging the gap between science and policy.

I completed my B.Tech in Biotechnology from NIT Durgapur, where I first discovered my passion for bioengineering. During my third year, I began working with hydrogels, which eventually became the focus of my final year project. This hands-on experience sparked a deep interest in the potential of biomaterials for regenerative medicine and therapeutic applications. Driven by this desire, I chose to pursue an M.Tech at a premier research institute. I feel fortunate to have been selected, and I’m excited to immerse myself in advanced research and contribute meaningfully to innovations in bioengineering.
